Another notable property was 1480 Garth Gate Ln, Charlottesville, listed by McLean Faulconer, Inc. and closing at $2.6 million. Further highlighting the upper echelon, 3729 Reas Ford Ln, Earlysville fetched $2.250 million in its transaction.
